PROJECT ROLE

As a diversified and multi disciplined specialist, our role in a specific project differs taking into consideration the requirements of our diverse range of clients.

Our role evolves at different stages of the project

PRE TENDER STAGE - DESIGN FEASIBILITY AND PROJECT PLANNING

We prefer to be involved right from the Design process; at this stage we can benefit the client in a number of ways; using our vast knowledge we are able to propose suitable designs, specifications, cost factors, installation parameters, and maintenance consideration.

Here our role is split between that of a Professional Consultant and a proficient designer via our subsidiary Design Company located in Bali Indonesia

At Venturer we ensure that our clients not only meet with their expectations but go beyond this in terms of quality and budget.

POST TENDER STAGE - TENDER EVALUATION AND FINAL DESIGN

Beyond a successful tender exercise, our consultants are on hand to appraise potential contractors, proposed timber suppliers and installers. Timberwork needs to be right first time as mistakes at this stage will inevitably affect final quality. Consulted pre assessment can hence avoid this.

Upon award, our design department is on hand to assist with construction issue drawings.

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION - CONSTRUCTION PHASE

As a consultant and a designer at the same time our role would continue in the spirit of the aforementioned, ensuring that the right materials are used in the right way, including appraisal of method statements and proposed alternative materials and design.

As a specialist timberwork contractor and installer, who has perhaps been nominated, directly engaged and appointed as a domestic sub contractor, our role may include the following:

Compliance with the specifications and drawings or proposing equivalent or better alternatives;
Compilation of detailed shop drawings and method statements and schedules;
Production and submission of samples and installation of mock ups;
Competent resourcing of quality materials;
Efficient manufacturing and installation of quality work on time.
