Our project and site managers have been with our company for many years. Experience has taught them the fundamentals of the materials and modular systems we employ.

We believe that proper co-ordination and scheduling result in high quality work done right first time.

Unlike many of our competitors we only employ skilled craftsmen whom most have been with us for many years.

In order to enhance efficiency and quality of work, our site teams are backed up by our well equipped workshop located in Singapore, for local projects, and our Kota Kinabalu factory for overseas projects.

Furthermore we have a reliable network of quality installation teams ready to travel overseas at short notice. Many of these teams are from Bali and Malaysia.

Knowledge and experience has led us to develop many innovative installation techniques.
These principally include modular and prefabricated methods developed in conjunction with our design team.

We have perfected a concealed connection method called epoxy dowel™. This method combines the age old method of doweling connections with modern epoxy especially formulated by us for this purpose (hyper link to epoxy products page)

In essence we understand the properties and nature of the materials we work with, and hence we know the best and most efficient methods of connecting them to similar and dissimilar materials whilst maintaining optimum performance and aesthetics.
